B.Arch Admission Eligibility 2024-2025:
The B.Arch admission eligibility criteria for 2024-2025 will follow the CoA’s (Minimum Standards of
Architectural Education) Regulations, 2020. These specifics are as follows:
- 10+2 Level or Equivalent: Candidates must have passed a 10+2 level or an equivalent
examination (Central/State Govts.) to be eligible for B.Arch programs. This level of education is similar to the senior secondary education program undertaken in India and various other
countries which is the equity level of higher secondary education.
- Combination of Subjects: Candidates wishing to apply for B.Arch programs must have studied
Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in their 10+2 level or equivalent examination as
mandatory subjects.
- Minimum Aggregate Score: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate score of 50%
in their 10+2 level or equivalent examination. In addition, students completing a 10+3 Diploma
(any stream) Examination in any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory core subject must
have scored a minimum aggregate of 50%.
- International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of Schooling with 50%
marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination Qualified a
recognized aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent)
- Qualifying Marks for NATA: A minimum of 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
A minimum of 25% must be secured in Drawing portion (20 out of 80) Overall qualifying marks
(70 out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council.

The above conditions are subject to any changes made by the Central Government pending
approval of the proposed amendment regarding B.Arch. eligibility criteria.
